To that end, we have adopted the ECB policy on equity in sport and invite you to join a club where you will receive a warm welcome and the opportunity to play for a club with several men's teams and a ladies team.
The club aims to keep membership fees at a reasonable level for all, provide assistance younger members who may be struggling with other costs; support membership of a ladies team as well as making provision for the future by running a youth section.

Further Membership Information
*New members receive a £5 discount on the above, also present members renewing membership and paying their fees by 31st May 2008 will also receive a £5 discount on the above.
Where a family has paid the youth membership fee and a parent/guardian also wishes to register as a player, the fee charged will be £33 (Youth membership) plus £5 per lady player and £20 for all adult male players.
The various amounts listed may seem rather complicated, the intention is to provide a scale of fees which is fair and affordable. The ladies team was formed in 2007 and the club wishes to provide continued support and encouragement for them. If you are a member with very young children, they are welcome to come to Tots Training (aged 3-5) on Saturday mornings at no extra cost.
When your children move up to the main youth section, you again receive discount. We really want to encourage everyone to think of Charlbury as a family friendly club.
Members who experience financial hardship are asked to contact the Membership Secretary, Geoff Lowe in confidence. The club would prefer to help you to continue playing for Charlbury rather than lose a valued member.
If you've struggled this far and are still confused, please feel free to contact Geoff Lowe the Membership Secretary, who will be happy answer any queries.
