What is All Stars Cricket?

All Stars Cricket is the England and Wales Cricket Board's entry level participation programme, aimed at providing children aged 5-8 with a great first experience in cricket.

Programme features:
- For all boys and girls aged 5-8
- Delivered nationwide at over 2,000 centres
- Eight sessions, held over eight weeks
- Emphasis on fun and being active
- Focus on developing your child's movement skills
- Safe and fully accredited
- Valuable time with your kids - parents are encouraged to take part too

- Includes a personalised All Stars t-shirt

Every child that registers will receive a personalised shirt which is sent straight to your door.​​
By registering for All Stars Cricket, your child will be guaranteed eight weeks of jam-packed fun, activity and skills development. The programme is suitable for all children new to cricket and sport as the sessions are designed to teach the basic skills of the game. Every child will earn stars as the weeks progress, that match the skills learned during the programme:
Batting - hitting a moving ball
Throwing - underarm and overarm
Catching - small and large balls
Bowling - overarm
Running - lots of movement
Teamwork - fun games with friends
Communication - the basics of cricket

All Stars Cricket at Charlbury

We are looking forward to welcoming new children and parents to Charlbury Cricket Club and introducing cricket to a new generation.
Our All Stars programme is aimed at children who are in Reception, Year 1, 2 & 3 at Primary School. We offer sessions that follow on from All Stars at the club, the Dynamos programme is a specific Girls group or there are Youth Softball & Hardball groups. More details on Youth Cricket here.
