First League Games Underway for our Youth Teams

Yesterday marked the start of league game action. We put out two Under 15 sides, one playing in the Oxfordshire Cricket Performance League, and one in the Development League.
It was a great evening of cricket all around. Our performance side came away with the win at home against Oxford Downs, meanwhile our development side fell short away at Oxford, but had an enjoyable run out.
Some of the highlights from each game were an opening partnership of 66 (David Powell-Jones - 35 and Freddie Bisson - 25), and some fantastic catches by Seb Dunn, Jack Seaton, James McArdle and David Powell-Jones) with the performance side, and the brilliant support for everyone at the development game.

More youth cricket is in action this week, with two Under 13 teams taking to the field on Thursday and weekly Youth training on Friday.
