Oxfordshire Success!!

It’s been a brilliant week for our Charlbury girls representing their county teams!!


Last Sunday, Lottie, Chloe, Katie & Carys were all selected to play for the County Women against Dorset. Katie and Chloe put on a brilliant 85 run partnership, with Katie finishing on 46* and Chloe 56. On debut, Carys picked up her maiden wicket for the team, the first of many for sure!! 🤩👏


In the week, there was lots of pathway action. Emma scoring 19 and picking up 2 wickets for the Under 14s on Tuesday and Georgia scoring 69* on Wednesday for the Under 16s, as well as Aysha taking 2 wickets.


The Under 14s had a fantastic day on Thursday, and there were some incredible individual performances from our girls. Both Chloe and Lennie picked up their first fifers with identical figures of 5-17 đź‘Źđź‘Źđź‘Ź, meanwhile Freya shone with the bat scoring 63*.


Also on Thursday, both Bella and Tia had a great day out with the bat for the Under 12s. Bella scored a brilliant 62, whilst Tia scored a fantastic 51.
